UK Construction Week and Futurebuild will co-locate at Excel London from 12–14 May 2026, bringing together the UK’s two largest construction exhibitions. Alongside Stone & Surfaces, the combined event is expected to draw a broad cross-section of the built environment sector under one roof for three days of exhibitions, debate and networking.
New for 2026 is a dedicated C-Suite Leadership Summit for chief executives and senior decision-makers. More than a discussion forum, it will focus on how industry leaders are taking ownership and responsibility for the sector’s future, recognising that government alone cannot deliver the changes required. The C-Suite Summit at UK Construction Week will present a confident, unified vision for a stronger, more resilient and future-ready built environment.

UK Construction 2026: Restoring Confidence, Driving Delivery and Building Resilience
This high-level C-suite session will cut through market noise to examine the real state of the construction and housing sectors. Against a backdrop of economic volatility, geopolitical pressure and policy ambition, the discussion will explore how these external forces are impacting confidence, investment, supply chains, skills capacity and the ability to turn pipelines into delivery.
Bringing together senior leaders from across the industry, the panel will combine strategic insight with practical realities, addressing margin pressure, procurement challenges, and the growing gap between demand and delivery. Industry leaders will explore how organisations can stay resilient and commercially viable in the short term, while positioning for long-term growth through smarter planning, innovation and workforce development.
The conversation will also look ahead, to assess where demand, capital flows and skills pressures are heading, and what this means for housing delivery and infrastructure pipelines. Crucially, it will examine the role of government in enabling progress, alongside what the industry must do itself to drive efficiency, collaboration and confidence.
