Is UK Construction Week free to attend?

UK Construction Week is free to attend, and your ticket grants access to all seminars, workshops, and networking events across the three days.

Can I register for just one day?

There’s no need to select a specific day for your visit. Your badge provides complimentary access to UK Construction Week Birmingham 2025 for the entire three-day event, allowing you to attend at a time that suits you best. Even if you’re only able to join us for a short time, you’ll be very welcome.

When will I receive my badge?

Once you complete the registration process, you can download your PDF badge immediately, and a copy will also be sent to your email as confirmation.

What happens if I don't receive my badge beforehand?

If your badge doesn’t arrive or display correctly, simply speak to the staff at the registration desk. Provide your name, and we will locate your registration details and print your entry badge for you.

Getting to the Events

ExCeL London is an exhibition and international convention centre in the Custom House area of Newham, East London. Its 100-acre site is on the northern quay of the Royal Victoria Dock in London Docklands, between Canary Wharf and London City Airport. For more details on ExCeL, click here.

The NEC is located in the centre of the UK offering a number of different options of travel including local buses, trains and Birmingham International Airport. View all of the travel options here.

Are there parking spaces available?

Paid parking is available at both ExCeL London and NEC Birmingham, so we recommend booking your space in advance. For a stress-free journey, you can also take advantage of excellent public transport links. ExCeL London is easily accessible via the Elizabeth Line and other tube and bus services, while NEC Birmingham is conveniently located next to the train station.

Are there cloakrooms at ExCeL London and NEC Birmingham to leave my belongings?

Yes, both venues provide cloakroom facilities. At ExCeL London, coats and bags can be stored free of charge during event hours. At NEC Birmingham, cloakrooms are available for a small fee (£2–£3 per item). Please note that overnight storage is not available, and valuables should not be left in the cloakroom.

Are Students allowed into UK Construction Week?

Any groups of students from schools and colleges are only accepted on the 2nd and 3rd day  (Thursday and Friday) from 12PM ONLY with a 1:5 tutor/student ratio.

Any students arriving outside of these times and dates will be refused entry.

This rule only applies to groups of students from schools and colleges. Students that are university students can attend anytime on any day.

How do I book a seminar or keynote session?

All seminar and keynote sessions at the event are free to attend. Seats are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis, so we recommend arriving early to secure your place.

You can also add sessions to your personal calendar or mark them as favourites in advance, making it easy to plan your visit and ensure you don’t miss the talks that matter most to you.
