The purpose of this session is to think about your Tools as revenue generators, and therefore their value is just this – and not their actual cost. Once this is established it is even more vital that every business knows exactly were the tools and assets are, who has them ensuring, and where they have been, so that all job can be completed on time, first time and increase business efficiency, profitability and sustainability.
