DO YOU IMPROVE RESILIENCE AND PERFORMANCE WITH MORE BRICKS OR BETTER MORTAR?

08 May 2024
Skills & Training Hub

The session looks at how to manage more effectively and make teams thrive by addressing the ‘human element’ through the lens of Human and Organisational Performance or HOP.

When things don’t go well, the approach is often to double-down on the rules, processes and procedures. This approach has its place, but there another more productive ways - considering the context and conditions people work under.

This session explores key ways to uncover the reality of work which will generate productive conversations that lead to effective solutions.

The session will give you some simple, but highly effective tools and models that will make your work more resilient, have less re-work and make your team feel appreciated and therefore more engaged.

The approach that works in the best high-performing teams, such as special forces and The Red Arrows, also works in normal workplace environments!
