This session explores how the New Hospital Programme is embedding industrialised design, digital integration and modern methods of construction to transform hospital delivery. Panellists will examine how standardisation, platform design and early MEP engagement are reducing variation, improving productivity and creating new opportunities for Tier 2 and 3 supply chains.
