WHAT WE'RE RUNNING
Design & Build UK, in partnership with the WIC Hub, will run a one-hour session in the Build Connect Lounge bringing together up to 40 women from across construction. Attendees are matched in pairs before the event, meet at the table, and work together on two real industry challenges before pitching their thinking back to the room.
OUTCOMES WE'RE AIMING FOR
● Genuine connections formed between women in the industry, supported by automatic contact-sharing so follow-up happens on the day, not weeks later.
● A short set of practical ideas on two real construction challenges, generated collaboratively at the tables.
● Strong, positive visibility for the Lounge and the wider WIC Hub partnership, given the location's footfall.
