Tom is a digital transformation and product development expert with over 15 years of experience across the education, social impact and construction sectors. At CCS, he leads the development of scalable digital systems that support the Scheme’s strategic goals and improve user experience.

He has worked as a Delivery Director at IDP Connect delivering digital products that support student engagement and managed public-sector contracts with the Department for Education and the British Council. Previously he worked as a senior software engineer across multiple sectors, including recruitment, insurance, fashion, and third-sector organisations working in international development and healthcare.

Tom brings a collaborative and forward-thinking approach to product development, ensuring CCS remains agile, data-driven and responsive to the needs of its partners and the wider industry.
