Tim is a wonderful ambassador for the consturuction industry, particularly around the employment, and understanding of neurodivergcency in the workplace. He’s not afraid to raise issues, and push at barriers to ensure that diversity is a priority on the agenda, and I for one am glad that is passion and advocacy ensures he is heard.
