An experienced commercial litigator, Steven specialises in all types of commercial litigation and dispute resolution with a particular focus on construction disputes and contractual disputes.

Steven advises on the full range of construction-related disputes and acts for a range of clients from individuals and owner-run businesses to large national and international companies. Steven acts for claimants and defendants in all stages of litigation in the High Court (including the specialist divisions) and County Court.

He has considerable experience in other forms of dispute resolution, including mediation, negotiation, adjudication and arbitration.
