Steve is a director for Develop Consulting leading the manufacturing and construction sector within the organisation. He has successfully led sustainable process improvement and behavioural change projects delivering significant benefits in organisations in UK, USA and mainland Europe both as a General Manager and then during the past 10 years as a senior consultant.
The wealth of manufacturing experience working with factories of all sizes and also supporting many landmark construction projects provides Steve with an extremely well-informed perspective on how to drive productivity improvements in offsite construction.
