Simon Rawlinson

Simon Rawlinson is Head of Strategic Research and Insight at Arcadis, where he leads research, market intelligence and thought leadership across the UK and Europe. A Chartered Surveyor with more than 30 years’ experience in the built environment, Simon has contributed to major UK infrastructure programmes including HS2, Tideway and the Lower Thames Crossing. Alongside his role at Arcadis, Simon is Deputy Chair of the Construction Industry Council and Chair of the RICS Knowledge and Practice Committee. He has also previously served on the Construction Leadership Council, contributing to industry strategy, innovation and transformation.
