Recognised for implementing high-growth businesses, creating teams from scratch and using digital, sustainability and innovation knowledge to transform performance with sustainability consultancy, software as a service (SaaS) and offsite construction models.

Simon is also chair of the Construction Leadership Council Metrics, Demonstration and Business Case working group. This has led to housing projects demonstrating productive and sustainable build performance, enabling alignment through the sector supply chain.
