Shirley has been a Director in the charity sector for over 20 years working for Bounce Back, Change Grow Live and Humankind; running healthcare, criminal justice and employability services and a construction social enterprise.  With extensive experience in business development, leadership, team development and cultural transformation; as well as NGO developments internationally.  She has also held trustee positions with Citizens Advice and Whole in my Bucket. Shirley believes that everyone should have the opportunity to thrive and lead fulfilling lives, with a firm belief that people can change and would be given the opportunity to do so.
