Shaun Weston
Managing Director,
British Offsite
Shaun has spent 4 years in the automotive industry, following a degree in engineering, before joining Weston Homes. In his early construction career, he has experienced multiple trades while also achieving a 1st class BSc degree in Construction Management. From there he became a site manager, holding this position for 3 years before moving into senior management and joining the Weston Home board in 2017. In the position of Managing Director of Weston Logistics, Shaun developed The Weston Group's first MMC system, which led to the incorporation of British Offsite in 2020. Since then, Shaun has overseen offsite construction of 1,000 new homes and the completion of British Offsite's second factory,, with capacity to deliver 4,000 homes every year. Shaun’s personal philosophy of innovation and continuous improvement is driving British Offsite’s reputation as a leading high-tech manufacturer, where automotive, construction and logistics industries meet.
