Shane is a Building Control Surveyor who has worked in all areas of the industry, from labouring on construction sites to undertaking site investigations, and working in a drawing office. He has extensive experience of the Building Regulations and associated legislation within both the private and public sectors. Dealing with large and small scale works within both commercial and domestic properties, Shane has an excellent understanding of both new construction and historic buildings.
It is Shane’s background in design and subsequent experience in structural engineering and Building Control that enables him to give sound and cost-effective advice on projects of any scale.
