Sarah-Jayne Pizzie is Deputy Director for Construction Commercial at the Ministry of Justice, leading commercial strategy, procurement, supplier engagement and market intelligence across one of the UK's largest public sector construction portfolios. Sarah-Jayne has over 15 years' experience in public sector capital delivery, having held senior commercial and programme leadership roles within the Ministry of Justice, Department for Education and local government. Her expertise spans major infrastructure and construction programmes, commercial transformation, supplier relationship management and crisis response.
