Interclass
Sara brings a decade of construction industry experience with Tier 1 and regional contractors. Throughout this time, she has consistently championed inclusion and promoted the benefits of a diverse workforce in the construction sector. In addition to leading the preconstruction team at Interclass, Sara is a member of the Senior Leadership Team and oversees the delivery of the company's EDI (Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion) strategy. Last year, Interclass successfully secured funding from the CITB’s Industry Impact Fund. This fund is being used to develop a neurodiversity training programme and create a more accessible and supportive environment for individuals with neurodivergent conditions working in construction.
