I have spent the last 35 years either in a commercial or academic environment related to Building Energy, Building Energy Management, Sustainable and Ecological Design in a field that over the last decade or thereabouts had become better known as Building Physics, a field I gained my PhD in at Nottingham University. I am a Chartered Building Engineer and Fellow of both the Chartered Association of Building Engineers and the Institute of Physics.
