Nicola Roberts is the Head of Service for Fire, Security & Building Management Systems (BMS) at Siemens, leading national service operations with responsibility for customer delivery, operational excellence, safety, people development, and business performance. A Chartered Manager and holder of a Level 7 qualification in Leadership and Management, Nicola is passionate about developing inclusive, high-performing workplace cultures.

With extensive experience across senior leadership roles, including Group Operations Director, Fire & Security Services Manager, and Operations Manager, she has successfully led large-scale operational teams, managed multi-million-pound P&Ls, driven business growth, and delivered significant service transformation programmes.

Nicola is also Chair of Women Talking Fire, a networking and development community dedicated to promoting diversity, inclusion, and career development across the fire and security industry.

Alongside her professional achievements, Nicola brings a personal perspective to discussions around mental health and wellbeing. Following a hysterectomy, she experienced first-hand the impact that major life changes can have, including anxiety and self-doubt. This has strengthened her commitment to championing psychological safety, encouraging open conversations, and helping create healthier, more resilient workplaces across the construction and building services sectors.
