Neil has worked on technology development for the past 25 years, including novel metallic 3D printing processes for aerospace and Formula 1, micro-generation wind-turbine creation and the Internet of Things revolution. As disparate as these topics superficially appear, they all rely on a detailed understanding of how technology can be evolved to tackle challenging real-world problems.
