Neil is Head of Special Projects at Ambue, who provide PAS2035 compliant net zero retrofit at scale to social housing landlords via their automated retrofit software platform.

He leads the strategic development and delivery of new service offerings for Ambue and has more than 24 year’s experience in the delivery of design and digital transformation for the built environment.

Neil is currently leading the development of portfolio, pipeline and platform tools for the c£4m, innovate UK funded ‘Transform-ER’ project. This significant investment from Innovate UK aims to industrialise retrofit, bringing together 13 leading industry partners across the net zero retrofit ecosystem. The project aims to create new delivery mechanisms and processes to unlock the scaling of domestic retrofit up to the target of 1m homes per annum necessary to achieve 2050 net zero targets.
