Martin is passionate about developing sustainable solutions and fostering partnerships in the construction industry that can help have a positive impact on people and the planet. Working with Saint-Gobain Ecophon, whose purpose is 'Making the World a Better Home', his particular interest is increasing community prosperity, driving circularity and minimising our environmental impact. With over 20 years of experience in the construction industry, he is currently in a role developing partnerships that combine new markets and solutions. He is also pursuing an MBA at the University of Exeter and is particularly interested in ethical and compassionate leadership and partnerships to create change.
