Marta Calore works at the Climate Change Committee as Just Transition Analyst. Her work focuses on the impacts of the green transition on households, workers and communities.
As part of the Well Adapted UK report, she researched on the impacts of extreme heat and other climate change risks on workers and vulnerable groups, developing the recommendations to government to set a maximum workplace temperature and invest in cooling in public spaces. She has previously worked in energy and sustainability consulting.
