Mark Enzer is a Mott MacDonald Fellow and leading advocate for systems thinking, digitalisation and collaboration in the built environment. Formerly Mott MacDonald’s CTO and Head of the National Digital Twin programme at the Centre for Digital Built Britain, he advises major clients and supports industry transformation. Mark is a visiting professor at Imperial College London, a visiting industrial fellow at Cambridge, and a member of the Prime Minister’s Council for Science and Technology. As the Chair of the Built Environment Connective, he is helping to advance systems thinking in the built environment and drive positive systems change.
