Lilian Ho is a digital transformation lead with expertise in BIM, information management, automation, AI, ethical technology and organisational change across major capital and infrastructure programmes. She founded and directs the world’s first MSc in Artificial Intelligence for Architecture and Construction at ZIGURAT Institute of Technology. An international speaker, mentor, awards judge and STEM Ambassador, she also serves as an AI Ambassador for Women in BIM. Her achievements include being selected as a Top Five Global Finalist for AI & Data Science Leader of the Year at the Women in Tech Global Awards in 2025 and being named a WE50 Award winner in 2026.
