Worked in fire safety / construction for over 20 years as a provider to social housing sector. Have experienced poor leadership that’s led to poor wellbeing of colleagues which has further inspired me to encourage good leadership and allow their workers to have an inclusive platform to thrive. I have also conducted research into wellbeing practices such as mindfulness which allows us to escape the whirlwind our mind creates to focus on our work and probably actively manage stress and improve wellbeing.
