My current role is Training Manager at Seddon Construction which I have been doing for the past 2 and half years. My role involves heading up the learning and development function for the whole business which includes management of early careers, talent development and building a skilled workforce. I work closely with senior managers to deliver training and development to teams and provide L&D interventions to support business goals and objectives. I also collaborate with local schools, colleges, and education providers to attract the best talent and identify opportunities within the construction industry.
