Helen has boldly disrupted the conversations that we have about driving genuine transformation and change within the construction industry drawing on her experience from 15 years in the digital and data sectors. Coming from into construction 7 years ago, working for a specialist and main contractor, she has led the conversations on building psychological safety for high performance environments, as well as creating neuro-inclusive environments and playing a key part in raising awareness of the need for PPE that fits women. She has previously developed award-winning wellbeing and mental health programmes for operatives, developed a training curriculum for supervisors to teach for kinaesthetic learners and neuro-inclusion, and blown open the conversation about much needed culture change to drive transformation within businesses. She shares her time and knowledge freely with businesses and trade bodies to inspire change and resilience and gained the respect of senior leaders across the industry. A genuinely purpose driven leader she now dedicates her work to supporting organisations across the industry to navigate the current market forces and drive business improvement.
