In July 2020, Gaelle was appointed as UKI Director of the Construction & Property division at Hays, leading the 300+ recruitment consultants in the largest specialist Construction & Property recruiter in the UK. As one of the only females heading up a large construction recruitment division, Gaelle is passionate about driving equity, diversity and inclusion across the industry. She regularly supports and advises women across the industry and has recently spearheaded her own video series where she interviews leaders across the built environment to ask them pertinent questions about the issues affecting the industry today including DE&I, purpose and sustainability.
