Ffion delivers specialised team coaching programmes to improve the collaboration and productivity of high-performing teams within challenging, high stress major project environments. Ffion has successfully supported large, multi-disciplinary, multi stakeholder teams on complex infrastructure projects such as HS2 Stations, the Smart Motorways Alliance, the Victoria North urban regeneration project, the Calder Valley flood resilience programme, Leeds Flood Alleviation Scheme, a major reservoir joint venture scheme and with senior leadership and board level teams across the construction industry. An experienced facilitator, she also develops and delivers bespoke workshops for Collaborative Behavioural Assessments in construction tenders. Ffion has been successful in coaching individuals and teams towards excellent assessment ratings, strengthened client relationships and improved project team mobilisation in the energy, rail and water sectors. A certified Team Coach and accredited Strengthscope® facilitator, she understands the influences which allow teams to use their diverse strengths to succeed.
