Emma is an award winning Housing Professional with a career in housing that spans over 30 years, she is currently the Assistant Director - Strategic Asset Management at Altair and is also at First Choice Homes Oldham as an Independent Non Exec. Emma is a qualified Architect and Building Surveyor, she also is currently a Board Member and Vice Chair of Manchester Women’s Aid including The Pankhurst Trust. Emma also is former National Chair of Women in Property and previously sat on the National Housing Federation committees that cover quality of existing homes and building safety she also won Woman of the Year at the 2018 Woman in Housing Awards.
