Emily is currently the Industrialisation Director on the New Hospital Programme. Emily is a construction and offsite specialist advocating DfMAD and Industrialisation as methods to achieve a more efficient, values driven, net zero, future for our construction industry. 

Emily has been the Managing Director of an offsite contractor delivering across multiple public sector frameworks, and the Client Solutions Director for an integrator specialising in DFMAD and maximising offsite processes.

Emily’s interest in the world of Offsite started when she worked at Portakabin, heading up their education work on the first MMC framework for the Department for Education. She has also previously held roles for leading construction consultants; Arup and Mott MacDonald.
