Dr Zsuzsanna Gyenes is the Founder and Director of Global Industrial Safety Solutions Ltd, a UK company established to support organisations in strengthening industrial and process safety performance. She has more than 20 years' international experience supporting industry, regulators and governments across Europe and the Middle East. She began her career implementing the Seveso Directive within the Hungarian Disaster Management before holding senior roles at the European Commission's Joint Research Centre and the IChemE Safety Centre. Her work focuses on organisational capability, leadership, competence, management of change, organisational learning and safety management systems, translating regulatory expectations into practical and sustainable approaches to managing risk. She also holds NEBOSH qualifications in Health and Safety Management for Construction and Fire Safety.
