He started his career in the food sector, where he spent nine years working with major supermarket chains and wholesale distribution markets. He later moved into the construction industry, focusing on road surfacing, then roofing for the past seven years.

Currently, Dominic is responsible for managing three leading brands—Polyroof, Restec, and Resology — at The Roberts Group, where he has spent the last three years. His role involves strategic oversight and driving growth for these brands.
