With over 17 years’ experience in the heating industry, Craig has held various roles in Marketing and Product Management, successfully developing and launching cutting-edge ground source, air source, and refrigerant split heat pumps for the UK market. Currently, he is Senior Product Manager of Heat Pumps at Glen Dimplex. In his role as Chair of the HPA, Craig champions low carbon heating solutions and the heat pump sector's interests actively engaging with Government and policymakers on the methods to reach net zero by 2050.
