Clarissa is a Chartered Surveyor through her previous employment at Savills and Donaldsons, specialising in Development Land, New Homes, Commercial Valuations, Lease Renewals and Commercial Agency.

This transferable experience - understanding where a self-builder is coming from, or the logistics of a developer buying a site and making it financially stack-up, has assisted in the promotion of Total Home Environment’s brands and consultancy. These products include heat pump ventilation, heat recovery ventilation, compact service units and central vacuums – everything to make homes as healthy, clean and sustainable as possible.

Clarissa was at the launch of the company in 1998 and has been with Total Home Environment for over 20 years. Clarissa is responsible for multiples sales, guiding councils, housing associations, developers, retirement living providers and universities to create healthy homes that keep their occupiers out of fuel poverty. She regularly presents at industry events to ensure self-builders and specifiers make informed decisions about their heating and ventilation strategy.
