As Head of Industry Strategy at KOPE, a purpose-built software platform for the Offsite Construction industry, Charlotte works closely with professionals to identify trends and needs whilst sharing valuable insights to support the progress and adoption. Charlotte takes great pride in working together and is passionate and committed to driving and supporting Offsite Construction, advocating for Product Platforms, Standardisation, productization, and digital technology.
