With 21 years of experience at Kidderminster College, I have had the privilege of working my way up from a lecturer to my current position as Head of Department. Initially, I led the Services and Creative Industries department, where I gained extensive expertise in education and leadership. In September of last year, I transitioned to the role of Head of Department for Construction and Automotive, where I now focus on shaping the future of these dynamic fields. Throughout my career, I have been dedicated to fostering academic excellence, student success, and the development of innovative programs.
