Her ability to engage and educate has earned her a dedicated following as a thought leader – despite being discouraged from joining the industry and receiving abuse on numerous occasions for being female in a male dominated space. Bethany recognised that there was no work being done to promote health and safety as standalone career choice this led her to become an early year’s children's author – her book is due out imminently. She’s incredibly passionate about ‘lifelong learning’ promoting curiosity and creating excitement around the industry for young children to address the significant gap in awareness around roles in construction/H&S – challenging perceptions of roles within these industries.
