Ben specialises in construction dispute resolution and avoidance and advises on managing risk effectively in complex construction and engineering projects. He regularly advises and represents clients in litigation, arbitration, mediation and adjudication.

Ben has also developed a keen interest in Building Safety and regularly advises clients and delivers training on the Building Safety Act 2022, related secondary legislation and the Responsible Actors Scheme, as well as advising on proceedings in the First Tier Tribunal (Property).
