Andy Cox: A trained engineer, Andy possesses a unique blend of analytical and practical insight. Responsible for the delivery of all Trigon’s projects, from inception to handover. He’s well versed in all aspects of the development lifecycle, from planning, stakeholder management and legal to construction and working closely with disposal partners and operators. His extensive track record spans an array of complex residential, hotel, commercial and student accommodation projects. Andy has a particular interested in true ESG and the Building Safety Act and focuses on successful completion and occupation of our clients’ assets from the outset.
