Aidan Cropper is the founder and Managing Director of Ipsum UK Ltd, a Nottingham-based, multi-award-winning construction company. Having started the business from scratch in 2011, Aidan has grown Ipsum into a successful multi-million-pound company delivering projects across the residential, commercial and public sectors.
With extensive hands-on experience in construction and business management, Aidan has built the company around a strong reputation for quality, service and project delivery, while remaining closely involved in the day-to-day running and strategic direction of the business.
Alongside Ipsum, Aidan is an active member of the Federation of Master Builders. He serves on its National Board and is co-host on the FMB's Build Up Podcast, where he brings the perspective and experience of an SME contractor to wider industry discussions.
Aidan is passionate about entrepreneurship, raising standards within construction and demonstrating what ambitious, well-run SMEs can achieve within the UK construction industry.
