The modular system can utilise ground within urban areas that would normally sit unused and can provide either a permanent or temporary flexible space to support or extend the range of facilities available in the area.
 
The modules can be designed and fit out to suit any need, including but not limited to office spaces, meeting spaces, cafes and restaurants, hairdressers, pop up shops, dog groomers and day care services.
 
The benefit of a modular system is that it can be fit out remotely and brought to site for the final install, minimising the disruption to the area and enabling the modules to be used as quickly as possible once they have arrived on site.

The modules can be configured to fit both regular and irregular shaped plots, increasing the number of locations they are suitable for, and when they are no longer required they can be removed leaving the site in a similar condition to the day they arrived.
