Polyurecoat is a liquid waterproofing membrane, formulated from a unique blend of moisture triggered polyurethane resin to produce a fast-curing, seamless tough and elastic waterproofing system. Designed to improve the longevity of structures and materials, Polyurecoat offers waterproofing protection whilst also improving overall aesthetics.
Problematic access, clearance restrictions, application insurances and irregular surfaces or profiles often mean that some more traditional flat roofing membranes are unsuitable for use. Employing the latest developments in polymer technology, Polyurecoat offers a much simpler application method with a rapid curing time offering water resistant finish in as little as 60 minutes.
It can be applied to existing bitumen felt and asphalt, concrete, GRP, single ply (PVC) membranes and metal surfaces making it suitable for both new constructions and refurbishment projects.

Polyurecoat Approved Contractor Scheme
Easy-trim offer a one day course to train contractors in the best practices of Polyurecoat Application. Available at multiple locations nationwide, the training involves both practical and written assessments in classroom environments with interactive roof models.
The course costs just £50 and successful delegates are added to the national database of Approved Contractors. In addition to this, contractors gain access to Easy-Trim’s Specification and Support Service and extended product guarantees of 20 years.
