Smith Troy is a major manufacturer of advanced fiber cement products, both flat and corrugated.
The flat boards, branded CEMFLAT PLUS, are made in a range of thicknesses between 4mm to 30 mm, in both lightweight and standard weight versions. The uses are: ceilings, facades, backer boards, subfloors, interior cladding, soffits, etc.
CEMFLAT PLUS is a double-reinforced product with alkali-resistant fiberglass mesh. This gives the boards superior flexural strength and dimensional stability. The boards have been tested and rated A1 (non-combustible) according to EN 13501-1.
The corrugated sheets, branded CEMWAVE are used for sloped roofs. They provide superior performance in roofing. They are sturdy, fire-proof, waterproof, provide better thermal and noise deadening performance compared to sheet metal roofs. They come in lengths of up to 3000 mm and widths of up to 1100 mm.
All products are asbestos-free. The company is certified ISO 9001-2015, ISO 14001-2015, and ISO 45001-2018. Products are CE-marked. The factory is a near-zero waste facility.
