The UK Construction Week Role Model Awards are designed to spotlight individuals who are making a real impact, whether they are at the start of their careers or recognised leaders inspiring the next generation.
For 2026, exceptional talent will be recognised across three categories:
Rising Star
This category celebrates emerging professionals who are showing outstanding promise, passion and commitment. Rising Stars are those making an early mark through fresh thinking, drive and dedication to the industry.
Pioneer
The Pioneer category recognises trailblazers who challenge convention, push boundaries and open new pathways for progress. These individuals are helping to redefine how the industry works and what it can achieve.
Icon
Icons are influential figures whose achievements and long-term impact continue to inspire the next generation of construction leaders. This category honours those whose contribution has helped shape the industry and leave a lasting legacy.
Shortlist announcement at UK Construction Week London 2026
The official shortlist for the Role Model Awards 2026 will be announced at UK Construction Week London, taking place from 12 to 14 May 2026 at ExCeL London. Registration for the event is now open.
