From the latest product launches and live demonstrations to technical workshops and CPD-accredited talks, UK Construction Week (UKCW) returns to Excel London from 12-14 May with this year’s event set to be the biggest yet.

After celebrating its 10th anniversary last year, UKCW has joined forces with Futurebuild to create the UK’s Built Environment super event, where every stage of a project gets decided.
The largest and most comprehensive construction event in the UK calendar, UKCW will run alongside both Futurebuild and The Stone & Surfaces Show to bring together 25,000 industry professionals, 600+ exhibitors and 700+ speakers across six dedicated stages - all under one roof.
Opened by architect and Channel 4 presenter George Clarke, the show will feature headline speeches from Rt Hon Sir James Cleverly MP, Shadow Secretary of State for Housing, Communities & Local Government, and Tom Copley, Deputy Mayor of London for Housing and Residential Development, alongside leading voices from throughout the construction sector.
Visitors can explore a packed programme of CPD-accredited panels and seminars tackling the sector’s most pressing issues, covering everything from innovation in construction methods to product testing and assurance; data-driven project management to workforce capacity and much more.
UKCW London has introduced six purpose-built worlds for visitors to explore; Offsite, Materials & Structures, ConTech & AI, Construction Services, Equipment, Tools & Hire, and Stones & Surfaces.
The Offsite show section is the dedicated home for modular manufacturers, prefab specialists, developers, and designers driving faster, smarter, and more sustainable construction. Showcasing the latest modular and offsite technologies, this sector focuses on systems that deliver greater precision, efficiency, and environmental performance from factory floor to final installation. Visitors can gain first-hand insight into how offsite can reduce programme times, improve build quality, streamline installation, and support low-carbon project delivery.
Big names such as Baudet, Creagh Concrete, Goliath Tech, GS Modular Technology & Industrial, Martek Industries, O’Reilly Concrete and Sapphire Balconies are set to showcase their latest products.

Industrialised construction: How the supply chain can unlock productivity and win the future
As modularisation and industrialised construction move from ambition to active delivery, the supply chain must adapt quickly to stay competitive. This session explores what is happening now in offsite manufacturing, platform design, and standardisation; and the strategic decisions that businesses can take today, to position themselves for long-term success.

Standardising safety: Sprinklers in Offsite and Modern Methods of Construction
Understand how sprinkler systems can be better designed, standardised, and integrated within offsite and MMC approaches. It will look at how early coordination, repeatable design, and factory-led installation can improve safety, quality, and programme certainty. The discussion will be particularly relevant for tier 2 contractors, architects, and engineers working on industrialised and platform-based construction.

A practical session that explores how industrialised construction methods can accelerate the shift toward regenerative, biobased building solutions at scale. Through a series of real-world case studies, it will demonstrate how commercial viability and environmental restoration can align.
