Trudi Sully has spent a decade at the sharp end of construction innovation. Most recently Director, Industrialised Design & Construction (UK & Europe) at Mott MacDonald, she previously led manufacturing and digital transformation work at the government-funded Construction Innovation Hub, helping direct its £72m programme. A specialist in DfMA, modern methods of construction and platform-based approaches, she has spent over 20 years driving change across public and private sector construction.
