Clare Allen has held various roles in over 20 years’ experience across people and change agendas. She has worked as a head of organisational design and head of strategy at the Construction Industry Training Board (CITB) and is currently head of the future of work at Laing O’Rourke, where she is working to radically improve all aspects of jobs to attract future talent. She thrives on variety and working with people with different expertise to bring ideas together to create lasting change.
