Scaling up Housing provision with Innovation & Cost-effective Solutions

09 Oct 2020
Regeneration Hub

It is a well-established fact that the sector needs to scale up the provision of new homes in an innovative and cost-effective manner. Several excellent examples of how organisations are achieving this have been shared over the years. Although these excellent examples are patchy and not a representation of where most of the sector is or should be. Leaders in the sector are responsible for driving change. I would like to present and discuss examples of leadership stories behind achieving innovation and cost-effective solutions in and outside the sector. And I would like the audience to leave reflecting on these 4 key points.

-What’s your process and approach for innovation and cost-effective solution and how does it inform strategy?
-Are you prioritising innovation and cost-effective solutions?
-Can you embed innovative ways of working within a traditional model?

-Can you create a story that would inspire change and lead your teams and the sector to achieve

innovation that is cost-effective?
